Texas Sailing’s Challenge Regatta will help staff to relax, build team spirit, staff cooperation, company loyalty, confidence and effective staff communication. Texas Sailing has the boats and professional staff to meet your corporate needs for an enjoyable and remarkably successful staff development tool. A Texas Sailing Challenge Regatta is a hands on activity. You and your crew fill the positions of skipper, sail trimmers and tactician during a multiple race sailing regatta. Texas Sailing provides dock side and on board instruction prior to the regatta. A committee boat will organize and oversee the regatta. An experienced sailor, as instructor and facilitator, is aboard each boat during the regatta. Each Texas Sailing Challenge Regatta is custom designed for the individual client. Through consultation with you, Texas Sailing will prepare a regatta activity to meet your clients' specific goals.

Challenge Regatta Pricing and Options
Total cost for a half day Challenge Regatta (includes a total of four hours, sailboats, facilitators for each boat, regatta coordinator, race committee boat and insurance):
1-14 Participants: $125.00 per person
15 & up: $105.00 per person
Full day events can be custom designed to include lake cruises, poker runs, and swimming. Let us custom design a fun-filled day for your employees! Give us a call to discuss options and prices.
