Last One? was shed kept on the St.John's River until 2004 when she was moved to fresh water in Crystal River, Fl. by the current owners. All teak is original and there have been no water leaks or damaged wood. The window frames are original and all glass has been replaced and have new seals. The galley has been updated with a new Kenmore stainless steel microwave with built in toaster, new Amana stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, new Princess ceramic top stove with oven, and under cabinet lighting. Teak flooring has been installed in the galley, forward head, and forward cabin. The salon has custom upholstered cornices above the windows with pull down pleated shades. A wicker chair and ottoman are upholstered to match the cornices. The cushioned bench seats have storage underneath and are easily removed for additional engine room access. The master cabin has custom made bedspreads, upholstered cornices with matching drapes. Matching drapes also in the master head. The forward cabin has custom made drapes and matching mattress covers. The aft deck has complete enclosures, including small gates at the side decks port & starboard that match the side panels surrounding the aft deck. All teak railings have been refinished and have covers. The forward deck has the optional mast feature with white navigation and anchor lights. The bow pulpit is fiberglass with teak insets and was installed by Hatteras as an option, reinforced by a stainless steel strut to the hull. The swim platform is solid fiberglass with Weaver dinghy davit clips. The flybridge has a pipewelder's frame and is fully enclosed. It has spreader lights aft as well as an extra anchor light. There is a Pompanette helm seat. The current owners have cruised Florida, the Keys, Dry Tortugas, and Bahamas with her. She is a stout boat capable of offshore cruises in rough seas as well as inland waterways and shallow draft anchorages.
